Background

SecureLogix is a mid-size logistics company managing time-sensitive shipments across the subcontinent. They use Odoo for operations and inventory but struggled to get fast, accurate insights from their ERP data.

Challenge

Our approach

We integrated Odaura AI directly into SecureLogix's Odoo instance and built custom assistive workflows:

• Connected Odaura to their sales, inventory and delivery modules with strict ACLs.
• Implemented natural-language report generation so managers could ask plain-English questions and get instant, contextual answers.
• Automated weekly and exception reports and surfaced them in role-based dashboards.

Implementation

The project ran in three sprints (4 weeks total):

1. Discovery & data model mapping (1 week) — we mapped key fields and defined access controls.
2. Model integration & prompt design (2 weeks) — we trained prompts on their workflows and configured access policies so the AI never saw data outside a user’s permission.
3. Dashboards & automation (1 week) — we automated reports and connected alerts to Slack for exceptions.
